For this project, the client wanted to transform their existing bathroom into a larger, more modern space that would better suit their needs and create a luxurious feel.

The renovation began with the complete removal of the existing bathroom suite. To maximise the available space, we removed an existing stud wall and constructed a new partition wall in a different position, significantly increasing the size of the bathroom and improving the overall layout.

New studwork was carefully built within the shower area to accommodate a concealed shower valve and outlets, creating a clean, streamlined appearance.

The studwork also allowed us to incorporate a practical recessed niche, providing convenient storage while maintaining the sleek design. Additional studwork was constructed to house a concealed cistern for the wall-hung toilet, helping to achieve a minimalist and contemporary finish.

The new bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a wall-hung vanity basin unit, and a wall-hung WC, all chosen to enhance the modern aesthetic while creating a sense of openness throughout the room.

To complete the transformation, the ceiling was fully plastered to provide a smooth, seamless finish, and luxury flooring was installed to add warmth, durability, and a premium touch.

The end result is a stylish, contemporary bathroom that feels noticeably larger, with clean lines, concealed fixtures, and high-quality finishes throughout.

The combination of modern sanitaryware, clever use of space, and bespoke studwork has created a practical yet luxurious bathroom that the client can enjoy for years to come.
